
In this class, we will practice ways to help us stay present in the moment. We will explore movements and variations of poses to learn about our bodies and functional ranges of motion. You'll deepen your understanding of postures, mindfulness and anchoring techniques, relaxation practices, and yoga philosophy.

My classes strive to be a safe space for people regardless of their body shape, size, or abilities. They cater to all experience levels and are infused with compassion, kindness, gratitude, and humour.
